These terms and conditions (the "Terms") set out the rules and policies governing the use of Laxel Establishment ("Establishment," "we") services by customers ("customer," "you"). These Terms constitute a binding agreement between the company and the customer, and both parties must fully comply.

Customers must be 13 years or older to order any service. Any request by customers under this age will be rejected.

Customers are prohibited from using company services for purposes including, but not limited to:

• Creating GRE tunnels to a data center or another host.
• Hosting copyrighted content.
• Using our servers for DDoS / DoS attacks, IP spoofing, or other network abuse.
• Processing heavy data such as AI or machine learning training or cryptocurrency mining.
• Sending spam emails or threats.
• Port scanning.
• Conducting penetration testing anonymously.
• Using TOR exit nodes.
• Hosting or downloading torrents.
• Creating public proxy servers or VPNs.
• Creating phishing pages.
• Hosting any pornographic content.
• Using our services to distribute malware or viruses.
• Violating any local or international laws or regulations.

The customer may request a refund within 72 hours of purchase provided a valid reason for the refund is submitted. If a dispute or claim is filed against the Establishment through any payment gateway, the service will be suspended until the issue is resolved.

The customer is solely responsible for the product. No one other than the product owner may request technical support, change passwords, format the server, or request any other services.

In the event of maintenance, errors, or issues in the company's services, the customer must remain patient until the issue is resolved. Laxel Establishment commits to compensating any customer harmed due to any internal network issue.

Official support hours are from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM (UTC +3). We provide fast support via Discord. Technical support is available only in our official Discord server (discord.gg/uqzPxRGZe7). Backup restores, refunds, and complaints must be submitted via a website ticket.

Our goal is to provide first-class DDoS protection for our customers. No one can claim the service is 100% protected, so we aim to provide the best DDoS protection and a suitable network for each customer.

Laxel Establishment provides VPS service as a primary product including allocation of specific resources, full root access, specialized technical support, and regular backups.

Laxel Establishment reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.

Most Laxel Establishment services are monthly subscriptions. If the subscription period ends, the company may delete the service within a maximum of 24 hours and up to 7 days.

Abuse of company employees or managers entitles the company to permanently suspend the customer's services.

No refunds are allowed after 72 hours of purchase or without a valid reason.

This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect customers' personal information.

We collect personal information you provide when registering such as name, email address, payment information, and contact details.

We use the information to provide and improve our services, communicate with customers, process payments, and manage accounts.

We take appropriate security measures to protect personal information from loss or unauthorized use.

We will not sell or rent customer information to any third party.

Customers may request information about the personal data we hold, and update or delete it in accordance with applicable laws.
